Support for the Daily Examen

St. Ignatius proposed the Daily Examen as a tool for our spiritual growth. Taking time to see how God is present and active in our lives is a powerful tool for spiritual growth. Every Tuesday evening, between 8:15 and 8:45, one of the Sisters, Faithful Companions of Jesus will companion with you, as you do the Examen.
