Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola

This directed retreat in daily life is experiential, focused on discerning God’s will through self-awareness, self-giving, self-sacrifice, and self-understanding. Participants will be given material for their daily personal prayer periods. Participants will commit to weekly meetings.   

Those choosing an individual directed retreat will have one-on-one sharing with the director and those choosing the group participation will share with the director and the group.
