CANCELLATION POLICY

The FCJ Christian Life Centre reserves the right to cancel programs /retreats.

A full refund will be issued for programs / retreats which the FCJ Centre have cancelled.

Full payment is required to be considered as registered. The only exception is a five (5) or six (6) day retreat; a $100 deposit is required with the balance payable thirty (30) days prior to retreat start date.

Cancellation policy is as follows:

SERIES/WORKSHOPS

  • If we are advised of a cancellation within one (1) week of event start date, then we will refund the registration fee less $10 admin fee.  (i.e.  program starts July 10 – we need to be advised by July 3)

  • Cancellation with less then one (1) week – no refund.

 

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS/RETREATS

  • Live-In:  Cancellation prior to two (2) weeks of event start date, the FCJ Centre will refund registration fee less $75 admin fee.  (i.e. program starts July 10 – we need to be advised by June 26)

  • Commuters:  Cancellation prior to two (2) weeks of event start date, the FCJ Centre will refund registration fee less $25 admin fee.

  • Any cancellation less then two (2) weeks of event start date, no refund.  This goes for both Live-In and Commuters.

 

6-DAY RETREAT

For all participants:  Cancellation prior to three (3) months of event start date, the FCJ Centre will refund full amount.  No cancellation fee.  (i.e.  program starts July 10 – The FCJ Centre need to be advised by April 10)

If cancellation received (of start date)

Between one (1) to three (3) months

Less then one (1) month

Less then one (1) week

Cancellation Fee Charge:

Live-In: $75.00 Admin Fee; Commute: $25.00 Admin Fee

Live-In: $100.00 Admin Fee; Commute: $50.00 Admin Fee

No Refund - Keep full registration fee

*There may be exceptions for special circumstances
