August Chair Yoga: Gentle Movement and Growing Community
August has been a fantastic month for our community wellness classes! On August 10th, 35 people joined us (32 seniors and 3 non-seniors). The following week, on August 17th, turnout grew to 41 participants (37 seniors and 4 non-seniors).
