About Pat
I am currently completing my Masters in Psychotherapy and Spirituality, integrating my passion for whole-person, nature-informed healing.
I understand life can be complex - and we don’t need to navigate it alone! I offer a warm, relational, space grounded in compassion. Here, you’re invited to explore your experiences, uncover meaningful next steps, and grow to be more grounded, authentic, and connected.
My training and experience is integrative, including different approaches that most fit your specific needs. Some of these include mindfulness, mind-body approaches, narrative therapy, nature informed therapy, and spiritually integrated methods. My personal experience and background in specialties such as grief, trauma recovery, depression and burn out helps me to meet clients with compassion, understanding and wisdom.
I love being outdoors in nature. There I experience a web of relationships, echoing for me the importance of creating healthy relations with ourselves and others, impacting the wider world. I take this central value into my work with each client, discovering together what it means to grow to be more integrated and whole.
