At the FCJ Christian Life Centre, we believe that every bottle counts—and every child matters. This belief was demonstrated in our recent “Bottle of Hope” initiative, where the simple act of collecting cans became a powerful force for change. Every small act of generosity can spark something bigger, and this project reminds us that together, we can make a lasting impact.

Last August 9, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, our community came together in a spirit of service and joy. With the help of four dedicated volunteers, including Paul, who graciously stayed the entire time, we collected around 15 large bags of bottles and cans. Several FCJ Sisters stopped by, sharing warm conversations with Paul and the volunteers. This effort raised approximately $250, including generous financial donations, all of which will go toward our outreach and youth programs, as well as our South Sudan initiative.
This year, designated as our Year of Hope, marks an exciting milestone for the FCJ Centre. We are honored to launch our first collaboration with the Beeti-Harri Society for Education & Economic Development in support of the South Sudan School Project.
We are grateful to every volunteer, donor, and friend who took part. Together, we are proving that even the smallest contributions can ripple out into the world in big, beautiful ways.
