Storytime: Engaging Your Children in Storytelling - Jan. 14, 2022

We share stories to gain knowledge of each other. How do we become storytellers with a strong voice? We listen to the stories of others, we experience the illustrations and words of wonderful books, and we are taught to tell our own tales. This two-hour program will host four mornings creating a community of sharing among storytellers from different cultures, pre-school and school-at-home children, their parents, and seniors.

Denise Webber is the Volunteer Coordinator at the FCJ. She has always worked with children in various ways and in numerous venues. Having fun with children while everyone is learning is her favorite activity.
