Participants will practice meditation together in the silence and stillness that connects us all and leads us to the peace we need to flourish as human beings.

Additional information: Meditation is simple, peaceful, and transformative. If you would like to learn to become less distracted, and more present to God, yourself, and to those you live and work with, come mediate in the beautiful and peaceful ambiance of the FCJ Chapel. The format is simple:

· A short teaching

· A 20–30-minute meditation in silence

· Time for sharing, questions, and fellowship
