Seniors Fair

Kick off Senior’s Week on June 1 from 1–3 PM with an engaging afternoon of connection and discovery. Enjoy refreshments while learning about the upcoming Well Care program, a free, non-faith-based initiative for Calgary seniors 55+ focused on well-being, social connection, and skill-building, running from July to early November at the FCJ Centre.
During the afternoon you will get a mini taster of Chair yoga, and Qigong, and you will be able to tour the Garden with our Master Gardening Team from Calgary Horticultural Society to see what you could be doing in gardening club.
