Spring Forest Qigong Meditation

Spring Forest Qigong (chee gong) is a simple yet effective practice that can be done at any age and with any capability! Spring Forest Qigong is a practice-based upon the foundation of ancient Chinese Mind-Body Meditative Movements. These meditative movements are based on the Five Elements of Healing created by Master Lin the founder of Spring Forest Qigong. These movements involve simple, slow repetition, along with mindful breathing, visualization and meditation. These movements are a beautiful way to connect with your inner guidance in a heart centred community.  

Director (s):

Dianne Goldade. She is a certified SFQ group practice leader and Qissage Healing professional. She is a Level One, Two and Three in the Five Elements of Healing. Dianne has been teaching SFQ for approximately four years in various venues in the community, online and at the Okotoks Pool in the water and at the Dementia Conversation Cafes on-line. She is also a myofascial yoga instructor.
