Radical Self Compassion

This six-week series will be about exploring how Love & compassion are necessary for healing and bringing wholeness to a suffering world, including us. The reading, conversation and practices will foster self-compassion as a way of loving ourselves and loving the world.

Program runs over six-weeks on Wednesdays: March 30, April 6, 13, 20, 27 and May 4.

Director:

Cherie Tetz is a spiritual director and a workshop / retreat facilitator.  She has been a friend of the FCJ Centre for 20+ years offering spiritual direction and a variety of workshops / retreats. Cherie is a partner of a dispersed contemplative community called Soulstream.  This group of partners attempt to live together, a common set of values and commitments in relationship to God, in relationship to one another, and in relationship with the world. Cherie is gratefully, a mom, a grandma, a sister, a daughter, and a friend.  She calls herself a dancer, a poet, a lover of life and a facilitator of real and meaningful life enhancing conversation.
