ONLINE The Daily Examen - Letting it be done

St. Ignatius proposed frequent examinations of our consciousness of how God is present and active in our lives as a powerful tool for spiritual growth. However, many people experience a need for support as they try to incorporate the practice of the Daily Examen into their lives. 

Every Tuesday evening, between 8:15 and 8:45, one of the Sisters, Faithful Companions of Jesus will companion with you, as you do the Examen. 

The first Tuesday of the month will offer teaching and practice of the basic Daily Examen; other Tuesdays will guide participants through particular Examens on a variety of topics, i.e., Cultivating Peace; Growing in Gratefulness; Confidence in God. 

If you’ve been struggling to make the Examen part of your daily spiritual practice, join us for a few weeks or months and see what a difference the Examen will make to your life!

We’ve chosen 8:15 pm Mountain Time because people from the East Coast or the Central Time Zone can all access this prayer support: it will be 10:15 pm Eastern Time and 9:15 Central Time.
