ONLINE Support for the Daily Examen - Clean Up, Grow Up, Wake Up, Show Up

A popular description of our spiritual journey is based on “four ups”: Clean up, grow up, wake up, show up. Different authors order these four stages of growth towards full, active participation in life differently, but the goal is always the same: to move through the world with gratitude, purpose and compassion. In the Examen this evening, we will look back over our past day to recognize how the “ups” and “downs” are guiding our path towards God.

Sr. Madeleine Gregg, a Faithful Companions of Jesus came to Calgary in August 2015 after many years of experience at all levels of education. She enjoys her work as part of the FCJ Centre’s Resource Team, does outreach to schools, and is always ready to respond to new initiatives with enthusiasm and joy!
