ONLINE Support for the Daily Examen - Basic Teachings
St. Ignatius proposed the Daily Examen as a tool for our spiritual growth. Taking time to see how God is present and active in our lives is a powerful tool for spiritual growth. Every Tuesday evening, between 8:15 and 8:45, one of the Sisters, Faithful Companions of Jesus will companion with you, as you do the Examen. Each first Tuesday of the month will offer teaching and practice of the basic Daily Examen; other Tuesdays will guide participants through particular Examens on a variety of topics.
