ONLINE Support for the Daily Examen - Basic Teaching

St. Ignatius proposed frequent examinations of our consciousness of how God is present and active in our lives as a powerful tool for spiritual growth. However, many people experience a need for support as they try to incorporate the practice of the Daily Examen into their lives. This Tuesday evening will offer teaching and practice of the basic Daily Examen. Sr. Ann Marie Walsh, fcJ. Sr. Ann Marie Walsh, a member of the Sisters Faithful Companions of Jesus (fcJ), offers individual spiritual direction and individual or group retreats at the FCJ Centre and in parishes. Following many years in Catholic education, both as a teacher and administrator, Ann Marie received her training in spiritual direction with the Jesuits at Loyola House in Guelph, Ontario and served on staff there before coming to Calgary in 2012. Ann Marie loves the ministry of spiritual direction and delights in journeying with people searching for a closer relationship with God.
