ONLINE Support for the Daily Examen - Basic Teaching on the Daily Awareness Examen

Using St. Ignatius’ Rules for Discernment from the First Week of the Exercises:  Rules 1-2 .

In this evening’s presentation, we will be focusing on Rules One and Two, the ones that help us recognize the orientation of our lives either toward or away from God. We will practice the five-step Examen, knowing that the basic teaching about the Awareness Examen is an important spiritual practice for growing in faith, hope, and love.

Sr. Madeleine Gregg, a Faithful Companions of Jesus came to Calgary in August 2015 after many years of experience at all levels of education. She enjoys her work as part of the FCJ Centre’s Resource Team, does outreach to schools, and is always ready to respond to new initiatives with enthusiasm and joy!
