St. Ignatius proposed frequent examinations of our consciousness of how God is present and active in our lives as a powerful tool for spiritual growth. However, many people experience a need for support as they try to incorporate the practice of the Daily Examen into their lives. This Tuesday evening will offer teaching and practice of the basic Daily Examen.
