Faith and Health

This program aims to explore the existing link between health and faith. Research has shown that spiritual practices can influence the body such as reducing blood pressure, strengthening the immune system, and many other possible indicators that show that faith plays a role leading to positive health outcomes. This evening hopes to bring the interconnectedness of our mind, body, and soul  into further awareness.
