Facilitated Peer Supervision for Beginning Directors - Ongoing Formation for Spiritual Directors
Facilitated Peer Supervision is a director-centred process. The goal of peer supervision is to help the Supervisee come to a deeper understanding of self as a spiritual director. Well-structured group supervision sessions provide a context for mutual support, as well as ongoing formation in spiritual direction. N.B. Only people who are currently serving in the ministry of spiritual direction are eligible to participate in this program.
