More Bathroom and Ladies Flooring Update

Last summer through October this year, we continued moving forward with our improvement project, focusing in making our space more accessible, welcoming and sustainable for everyone who walks through our doors. We are grateful to share the progress that has been made so far.
We installed three new toilets on the main floor and upgraded the old linoleum to a luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring which is water-resistant and non-slip. To ensure greater accessibility, we also added a push-button entry to one of the washrooms, making it fully barrier-free.
In the basement, we replaced the flooring in the large dining room, west dining room, and hallway with high-quality LVT which is also water-resistant and non-slip. We upgraded three toilets in the basement female washrooms, converting one into a completely barrier-free space and installing an additional push-button entry for ease and dignity.
What’s next?
We are now preparing for the final phase of this project: upgrading the basement male washrooms. With each step, we move closer to ensuring that our Centre remains a place of hospitality, accessibility, and care for all. Without your support, these improvements would not be possible, and the Centre is truly grateful for your unwavering dedication towards our Mission.
